  What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
- "Personal Data", such as full name, user name, title, billing and shipping addresses, telephone numbers (home and/or mobile), email address, ip address, your company name and its address, country of residence, and
- "Non-personal Data" (any information that does not reveal your specific identity), such as: browser, operating system, language used, referal name (the host or the domain name of the website that referred you to our website), website data, demographic information, information collected through cookies, and other information provided by you.

How do we collect your information?

We collect website visitors' Non-personal Data via the Google Analytics platform provided by Google, Inc., a US-based company, for purposes of analyzing and interpreting how our visitors interact with our website. We track data such as what pages a visitor has viewed, whether a prospective customer has started one of our contact forms, whether a prospective customer has completed one of our contact forms and segmenting this data out depending on which of our various platforms such prospective customer is interested in. Further, with Google Analytics User-ID, we also track a unique per device random ID assigned through the service to visitors. All of this data is anonymized so that we have no way of determining the exact source of the data. Google may disclose this data to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you decline cookies, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website. By using our website, you agree to the processing of collected data in the manner and for the reasons described above.

• Technical Support
In order to provide support for our software and services we collect and store your email address and any additional information that is included in support requests. If necessary we may need to use your email address to contact you in order to obtain more information about the support request.

• Online ordering services
When licensing the XFINIUM.PDF toolkit, we store the email address submitted to us along with all the other information included in the online order. We may use your email address to send you notifications about your new product releases, new articles published on our blog and notices about the expiration of your support subscription.

We host our email services with Microsoft, Inc, a US based company. Microsoft, Inc. is bound to comply with the Safe Harbor agreement. When you send a message to our email addresses you consent to the disclosure of the Personal Information contained in the email to Microsoft, Inc.

• XFINIUM Software Payment Processing
We process the online payments through FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring. 801 Garden St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101), a US based company. FastSpring is bound to comply with the Safe Harbor agreement. When you place an order with FastSpring for one of our products you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Data required for order processing to FastSpring.

How Long We Store Your Data

We store your data as long as it is required for our business purposes and as long as it is required by law.

How do we protect your information?

In accordance with the Romanian Data Protection Act we will take appropriate security measures to ensure that your Personal Data will not be processed illegally or used by unauthorized third parties.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
