EnableAnnotationsAndFieldsEdit Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the user can edit the annotations and form fields.

Property Value

True if the user can edit the annotations and form fields.

Remarks

If true, the user can add or modify text annotations, fill in interactive form fields, and, if property EnableDocumentChange is also set, create or modify interactive form fields (including signature fields).
